Thank you all for participating in the 5th Annual State of the Seasons meetings in April. We enjoy creating connections with all of the employees! Throughout the sessions we shared a video highlighting our core values and the great work we all produced in 2013. We also discussed our 2014-2016 Strategic Plan, highlighting our four initiatives: culture, wellness, facilities, and business. During the last hour of each session, we spent time reviewing the results of the employee satisfaction survey and seeking additional feedback from you. As your leaders, we will strive to implement changes based on the information you provided to us. We know this will help us in our efforts for continuous improvement.
