Celebrating Our CEO – Jeff Leverton 15-Year Anniversary

IMG_4207As we celebrate the beginning of a New Year, we also celebrate an occasion very special to both Four Seasons employees and members – January 2, 2016 was Jeff Leverton’s fifteen year anniversary with Four Seasons Association!

Jeff is a driving force of Four Seasons and a staple in the Bloomington-Normal Community. He is an energetic and optimistic individual with a vision to inspire a culture of excellence. His goal is to create a healthy work culture which values communication, clarity, connecting with others and caring about individuals.

An expert at building relationships and creating connections, you will hear Jeff say “people over profit”, meaning employees who are taken care of will in turn take care of customers. This is a phrase that inspires Jeff’s leadership style and in turn the Four Seasons culture every day.

Outside of Four Seasons, Jeff has volunteered with United Way of McLean County, Special Olympics and Midwest Food Bank of Bloomington. He also currently is/has been a member of organizations including Illinois Parks and Recreation Association, National Parks and Recreation Association, International Health and Racquet Sport Association, Boys and Girls Club, Bloomington Kiwanis, Illinois State University Recreation and Park Administration Advisory Council and Leadership McLean County Steering Committee.

In 2015 alone, Jeff won the Excellence in Company Culture Shoop Shift Award by Emilie Shoop (read more here) and is now an ISU School of KNR/RPA Distinguished Alumni.

Not only is Jeff dedicated to Four Seasons and the community, but also to family values. On weekends Jeff can be found at a lady Leverton volleyball game or on the golf course.

Please join us in congratulating Jeff on 15 years with Four Seasons! We are all looking forward to many more to come!
