More Classes
Chair Yoga: Participants will use a chair to assist them with standing and seated yoga poses designed to improve posture, joint range of motion, flexibility, and mind/body connection.
Gentle Yoga: Less intense, non-strenuous, minimalistic, meditative and restorative yoga. In this class you will learn some of the basic yoga poses starting with a warm up that will prepare your body for a restorative workout. Some Yoga Flow elements may be included. Great for beginners or those new to yoga, but this class is for everyone.
Hatha Yoga: All levels are welcome to this guided movement practice meant to develop strength, mobility, and balance. Deepen your understanding of the postures and body alignment, while also occasionally exploring pranayama breathing techniques and meditation.
Pilates Mat: A challenging series of fluid exercises that promote improved posture, flexibility and core strength.
Vinyasa Flow: Includes fluid transitions from pose to pose, linking breath to movement. Expect to build strength, flexibility, and balance while having fun and calming your mind. Some prior yoga experience is recommended but not necessary.
